Medical Lab Technician Job in Longview, TX

You will work as a Medical Lab Technician at Longview Regional Medical Center, performing laboratory analyses that support patient diagnosis and treatment. This is a day-shift position with no on-call duties, no floating between departments, and no extended block scheduling.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 days)
• No on-call responsibilities
• No departmental floating
• No block scheduling or 48-hour shifts
• Work in one or more divisions of the clinical laboratory
• EMR system: MEDHOST

Requirements:

• MLT (ASCP/AMT) certification required
• Associate's degree in lab science or MLT, or equivalent education and training
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility
