Certified Surgical Technologist Job in Mishawaka, IN

Saint Joseph Health System Mishawaka is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning July 13, 2026.

Role Overview

You will function as a surgical technologist in a fast-paced operating room environment. Your responsibilities include preparing the OR, sterilizing and arranging instruments, assisting surgeons during procedures, and maintaining a sterile field throughout cases. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff to ensure smooth surgical operations and patient safety.

Schedule & Commitment

• 3x12 hour day shifts per week
• 3–4 call shifts required per month
• 1 holiday shift required per contract
• 90-day contract duration

Compensation

You will receive $1,827.54 per week based on the outlined schedule. This assignment offers competitive pay for allied health professionals in the surgical services specialty.
