SLP Acute Care Job in Harrison, AR

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract position in acute care. This role focuses on pediatric patient populations and requires a minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience.

Schedule and Compensation

• Tuesday through Friday with variable daily hours
• Tuesday/Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Wednesday/Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• No on-call requirements
• Weekly pay: $1,938
• Contract duration: 91 days
• Start date: October 5, 2026

Role Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in the acute care setting
• Work within scope across the hospital as needed
• Floating assignments required within the facility
• Focus on pediatric patient population care

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• Valid state license in hand before start date
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
• 2 professional references required at time of submission
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Harrison, AR (relocation or local placement required)
