Job Details:

• Work in a rural healthcare clinic providing outpatient and orthopedic physical therapy care
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
• Determine diagnoses, prognoses, and necessary intervention strategies based on assessment results
• Design and modify therapeutic treatment plans to alleviate impairments and functional limitations
• Help patients regain ability to perform daily activities through targeted therapeutic interventions
• Focus on injury and disability prevention by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups
• Engage in knowledge sharing with colleagues, community outreach, and contribution to physical therapy research
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records including physician orders, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress reports, attendance, and discharge summaries
• Ensure timely submission of charges for services rendered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient and orthopedic care required
• Must have graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
• Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required, or permit from licensing board while awaiting licensure examination
• Current CPR certification required
