ICU RN Job in Scottsbluff, NE

Regional West Medical Center is seeking an RN for its Intensive Care Unit. You'll deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment where your clinical judgment and technical skills make a real difference.

• Role: Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. You'll work with advanced medical equipment and technology, manage complex patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Schedule: 3x12 rotating shifts, including days and nights. You'll work the varied schedule typical of ICU operations.
• Location: Scottsbluff, NE at Regional West Medical Center, a regional medical facility serving the community.
• Duration: 91-day contract with a start date of June 3, 2026. Quick start availability is available.
• Compensation: $2,628 weekly pay.
• Expectations: You'll be expected to meet the facility's performance standards. The contract may be terminated immediately if performance expectations are not met. Regional West Medical Center evaluates performance using Low, Mid, and High performer standards.

This position is ideal for an RN with critical care experience who is ready for a travel contract and can adapt to a rotating shift schedule. You'll work within established facility protocols while bringing your own clinical expertise to the ICU team.
