Certified Surgical Technologist in Bad Axe, MI

McLaren Thumb Region is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for temporary assignment in the Operating Room. You will work days on a 5x8 schedule, with on-call responsibilities that may include up to 10 shifts per month, including weekend coverage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist surgeons and other medical professionals in operating rooms and similar environments
• Prepare patients, rooms, and equipment for pending surgical procedures
• Assist during surgical procedures as part of the surgical team
• Respond to on-call responsibilities as scheduled

Requirements:

• 2+ years of CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current NBSTSA certification (mandatory for this position)
• Experience in Orthopedics, OB-GYN, and General Surgery preferred

This is a 91-day temporary position beginning September 8, 2026. You will receive $1,699.20 per week for your work as an Allied Health Professional in this fast-paced surgical environment.
