Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours: 36 hours (unless otherwise noted)
• Call requirements: 2 hours for oncoming shift
• 3+ years of experience required
• Float requirements include NICU/PICU, acute care pediatrics, emergency department, adult acute and critical care
• Cover entire facility with team of 14-16 respiratory therapists
• Patient ratios: acute care 1:25, critical care 1:8
• Required certifications: BLS required, RRT required
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, NRP for NICU
• Work with various ventilator equipment including Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, Respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, Vapotherm
• Use EPIC EMR system
• Scrubs provided or flexible dress code
• Must have tertiary, teaching hospital experience and level 1 trauma experience
• Preferred experience in NICU/PICU Cardiothoracic
• Must be flexible, team player with excellent communication skills
