ED RN Job in Nacogdoches, TX

Nacogdoches Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This is a 10 to 13 week contract position working nights.

Position Details:

• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Weekly pay: $1,788.48
• Start date: June 15, 2026

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Maintain safe nursing practices and clinical standards throughout each shift

You will work as part of the emergency care team, managing acute patient presentations and collaborating with physicians and ancillary staff to deliver time-sensitive interventions. Your role includes both direct patient care and oversight of delegated nursing tasks.
