RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Start date: 7/20 with no exceptions
• Day shift patient ratios of 1:4
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted if very experienced
• Weekend coverage required
• On-call required typically 10-12 days per month with every other weekend
• Must be within 30 minutes of hospital when on call
• Will not float within scope to meet facility needs
• Block scheduling not accommodated
• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS
• Conscious sedation and telemetry skills required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Must wear royal blue scrubs
• 30 hours of orientation provided
• Daily census of 10 patients
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Skills include cardiac catheterization procedures, interventional procedures, procedural sedation, and IV management
• Florida license or compact license required at time of submission
• Must live at least 100 miles from facility
• Pass/fail EKG exam required with 3 attempts allowed
• Pre-start modules required (up to 8 billable hours for RN)
• Smoke-free facility
