MRI Technologist Job in Aventura, FL

You'll work as an MRI Technologist at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, operating advanced imaging equipment in a fast-paced clinical environment. This is a travel position running 91 days, beginning June 29, 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

• Operate GE Explorer 1.5 tesla MRI equipment for diagnostic imaging
• Perform MRI procedures across multiple specialties: Neuro, Body, MSK, Angio, and Breast imaging
• Document findings using Meditech and GE PACS systems
• Work as part of a 2-person MRI technologist team covering day and night shifts
• Function independently in a demanding clinical setting
• Participate in every-other-weekend on-call rotation with 24-hour Saturday and Sunday coverage and post-11:00 PM weeknight on-call responsibilities

Schedule & Compensation

You'll work 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Weekly pay is $2,190.

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential (MRI Technologist)
• Current Florida State License in Radiology Technology
• ARRT MRI Registry certification
• BLS certification
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
