Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 5 days per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• On-call responsibilities required on weeknights from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM every third week
• Every third weekend requires 24-hour on-call coverage
• Independently perform interventional radiology procedures utilizing proper techniques and safe administration of contrast media
• Work within licensed scope in medication administration, equipment operation, and venipuncture
• Coordinate patient flow and support IR operations
• Ability to float and work in the IR suite or IR procedures in the OR
• Treat patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
• Pediatric experience required; 5 years of experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of progressive Radiologic Technology experience required
• Associate's degree from an accredited institution required
• Must wear hospital-issued OR scrubs
• Required certifications: CPR, ARRT RT(R) registry, ODH Radiologic License, BLS
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, ARRT Vascular Interventional (VI) registry
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records, Radiology Information Systems, image storage, and advanced IR computer applications required
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and radiation safety required
• Must have a permanent Ohio or Compact license in hand at time of submission
