NICU RN Job in Waukesha, WI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a per diem NICU position at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital in Waukesha, Wisconsin. You will provide direct patient care in a Level 2 NICU setting with the ability to cross-cover Level 3 NICU as needed.

Position Details:

• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Duration: 238 days
• Start date: May 5, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,814.40

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver care to neonatal intensive care patients
• Float to normal newborn infant care as needed
• Work across ProHealth Waukesha Memorial and Oconomowoc Memorial facilities
• May float to other units based on census needs
• Participate in 20 hours of unbillable orientation

Requirements:

• RN degree (Associate degree or certificate; Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Level 2 NICU experience required
• BLS and NRP certifications
• EPIC charting experience (strict requirement)
• Flexible scheduling availability
• Willingness to remain available for call-back if shifts are cancelled

What to Know:

Shift length varies from 4 to 12 hours based on departmental needs. You will have guaranteed set hours per week, with the exception of holiday periods when the unit is closed. This role requires a manager phone interview and MSP interview as part of the application process.
