Med Surg RN Job in Cleveland, OH

MetroHealth Main Campus in Cleveland is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Med Surg step-down unit. You will care for post-procedural and Medical/Telemetry step-down patients in a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 22, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Medical/Surgical and Post-Procedure Step-Down
• Shift: 3x12 Rotating
• Duration: 91 days
• Weekly pay: $2,233.80
• Location: Cleveland, OH

Your Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to post-procedural and medical step-down patients
• Monitor patient vital signs, intake/output, and clinical status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of registered nurse experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN certification in nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association
