Wound Care RN Job in Charleston, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care for a travel assignment at MUSC Health Charleston. This is a 91-day position beginning June 15, 2026.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 5 shifts of 8 hours each, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Weekly pay: $2,476.80
• Guaranteed hours; facility may call off one shift per two weeks

Role Responsibilities:

You will provide advanced wound care to patients across all age groups—neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Your caseload averages 8 visits per day with a daily census of 150. Clinical duties include:

• Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) management
• Fistula and traumatic wound care
• Ostomy care (colostomy, ileostomy, urostomy)
• Adult, pediatric, and mental health wound care
• Epic charting documentation

Qualifications:

• RN degree required
• Current BLS certification
• WOCN (Wound, Ostomy, Continence) certification for wound and ostomy care
• Minimum 2 years of WOCN RN experience
• Pediatric experience highly preferred

Assignment Details:

You will work at the primary facility without floating within scope. When needed, you may float to sister facilities for like units. The facility provides scrubs. You will complete approximately 4 hours of non-billable modules before your start date. All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application.
