Opportunity:

Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• General patient population with NICU experience required
• Will accept CRT or RRT certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience strongly preferred
• Weekend coverage required
• 72 hours of orientation provided
• Care for patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in 564-bed facility
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT or RRT, NRP, PALS
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must complete facility drug screen upon arrival (includes marijuana testing)
• Charting system: Allscripts (Altera experience preferred but not required)
• Non-billable modules averaging 6-8 hours completed during orientation
• Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services and rapid response teams
• Must be available to complete lab requirements within 72 hours of offer acceptance
• Hard document deadline: Thursday 2pm CST prior to start date
