Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital is seeking an Electrophysiology Technician to join its cardiology department in Greensboro, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment ideal for Allied Health Professionals with EP experience.

Position Details

  • Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Weekly pay: $2,994
  • Start date: September 21, 2026
  • Float to other campus locations as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of electrophysiology experience
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT, RCIS, RCES
  • Epic EMR proficiency
  • Demonstrated expertise in arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, AICD insertion and programming, left atrial appendage procedures, pacemaker insertion, and tilt table studies
  • Preferred experience with cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, and conduction studies
  • First-time travelers welcome

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in diagnostic, interventional, and acute procedures while maintaining strict asepsis and ensuring patient safety
  • Prepare and maintain specialty EP equipment for accurate and reliable procedures
  • Manage control room duties utilizing physiologic monitoring, EP-specific mapping systems, angiographic and fluoroscopic imaging, and digital analysis
  • Support EP-specific functions including digital archiving of studies and supply distribution
  • Provide circulating support during elective and emergency procedures
  • Cross-train in multiple departments and assist in invasive lab functions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes

Work Environment

You will work within a 9-room lab that includes 2 active EP labs performing ablations, implants, and LAA procedures. Your patients will be adults, and you will be part of a high-level clinical team dedicated to excellent outcomes.
