Registered Nurse - ER @ Cleveland Clinic Indian River Medical Center - Nursing

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 schedule or 40 hours for 8/10 schedule
• 2 weekends per month required
• At least 2 years of ER experience required (18 months minimum, 2 years preferred)
• First-time travelers accepted
• Float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, South, Tradition)
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Epic experience at level 3 or 4 required
• White scrub color required
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Complete time-sensitive modules averaging 6-15 hours prior to start
• All RTO must be submitted upfront at time of application
• Skills include arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, central line care, gunshot wounds, IV vasopressors, dysrhythmia management, and traumatic amputation care
• 2 references from direct supervisor/manager required
• No on-call requirements
