About this role
You will work as an Electrophysiology Technologist at Northside Hospital Gwinnett in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is a 13-week travel assignment offering competitive pay and the opportunity to expand your clinical expertise in a specialized cardiac environment.
Position Details
- Work 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, on days from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, Monday through Friday
- Weekly pay: $2,438
- Start date: August 24, 2026
- Assignment duration: 89 days (13 weeks)
Your Responsibilities
You will perform specialized electrophysiology procedures including implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICD), subcutaneous ICDs (SICD), pacemakers, structural heart interventions, and EP ablation procedures for pulmonary vein isolation (PVI). Your technical skills and attention to detail will be essential in supporting physicians during these complex cardiac procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on experience in electrophysiology
- Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Current RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or CVT (Cardiovascular Technologist) certification
Holiday Commitment
You must be available to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
Candidate Requirements
You must be willing to relocate for this assignment. Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are not considered for this position.
