CT Technologist Job in Lander, WY

SH SAGEWEST HEALTH CARE is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at the Riverton campus. You will work 3x12 night shifts at a weekly rate of $2,628, with a start date of September 14, 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform diagnostic CT exams under general supervision following established policies and procedures
• Verify patient identity and review medical records for exam appropriateness
• Obtain, verify, and update patient medical history; assess risk factors including medications, pregnancy, and psychological indicators
• Explain procedures to patients, including side effects, risks, benefits, alternatives, and follow-up care
• Set up equipment and acquire images according to protocol specifications
• Review images, document observations, note any deviations from established protocols, and communicate findings to the radiologist
• Recognize and respond to medical emergencies as appropriate
• Provide physician-prescribed post-care instructions to patients
• Participate in process improvement activities including quality of care, patient flow, reject-repeat analysis, and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Provide imaging education to residents, student technologists, and new employees
• Take call and standby as required by the department
• Perform duties of a Radiologic Technologist as needed

Required qualifications:

• ARRT certification in CT Tech and Radiology
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of recent CT and Radiology experience
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with GE CT and X-ray machines
