Electrophysiology Technician

Opportunity:

Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with rotating late shifts
• No weekends and no call requirements
• Must be available to stay late if cases extend into the evening (rotated among staff)
• Must work one holiday per 13-week contract in rotation with staff
• Epic charting system required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R) with VA state license OR CCI RCES/RCIS
• Electrophysiology lab experience and EP mapping required
• Must have sterile technique skills, EKG lead placement, and dysrhythmia recognition
• Experience with fluoroscopy, Siemens, ultrasound, Phillips, Carto Ensite, and Cardiolab systems
• Knowledge of isolation precautions, equipment handling, and supply management required
• Cardiac background and experience with diagnostic cardiac cath lab procedures
• Must live a minimum of 50 miles from the facility per driver's license address
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• First-time travelers accepted
