CNA Job in Charlevoix, MI

Join McLaren Northern Michigan as a Certified Nursing Assistant in our Long-Term Care facility. This is a temporary position offering hands-on patient care in a structured healthcare environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work under the direct supervision of the department manager, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader
• Assist staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients following established methods and procedures
• Contribute to a positive patient and family experience while demonstrating patient-centered care principles
• Support nursing staff with daily patient care activities in accordance with facility protocols

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per day (days)
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 9, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,153
• Facility type: Long-Term Care

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification (2+ years of Long-Term Care experience required)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Valid Michigan state license
• Michigan LTC Fingerprinting is a plus if already obtained
• Strict attendance policy: 3 strikes for absences or tardiness beyond 20 minutes results in immediate termination
