CNA Float Pool Job in Helena, MT

St. Peter's Health in Helena, MT is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for their float pool. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, rotating across multiple levels of care to support patient care teams.

Role Responsibilities

• Float across Med-Surg, ICU, ER, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health units
• Perform activities of daily living (ADLs), feeding, bathing, skin care, and patient lifting
• Assist nursing staff with direct patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Document patient interactions and observations in the Epic electronic medical record system

Requirements

• Current CNA certification with Montana license
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience
• Prior travel healthcare experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Helena

Assignment Details

• Duration: 90 days
• Start date: November 15, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,234
