Job Details:

• Full school year contract position
• Must be a licensed OT (not a COTA) as evaluations are required
• Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM (depending on IEP meetings after school) and Fridays 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (early release)
• Total of 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Float between 6 schools (2 schools are interconnected, 2 schools require 20-minute drive)
• Responsible for approximately 25 students plus screenings, evaluations, and annual write-ups
• Work alongside a full-time COTA who treats approximately 68 total students
• Schedule includes 2.5-3 days of treatment and 1.5-2 days of documentation and evaluations
• Patient population ranges from preschool through high school
• BLS certification required
• Documentation systems: DSCTop for daily documentation, EIEPPRO for annuals/evaluations/quarterlies, and Teams for internal documentation
• No mileage reimbursement as rate is all-inclusive
