Opportunity:

RN - Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Serve as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Perform the complete nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Partner with patients and significant others through bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Participate in evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement activities
• Serve as preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff
• Required education: Associate's degree in nursing, diploma in nursing, or Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
• Required licenses and certifications: RN license (single state or compact), BLS certification
• Additional certification required within 180 days: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Less than 1 year of experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Must possess strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required
• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care
