<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Perform diagnostic examinations under direction of Interventional Cardiologist during invasive cardiology, noninvasive cardiology, and peripheral vascular study procedures<br>• Collect and record subjective data to establish correct anatomical and physiological diagnosis for each patient<br>• Call commitment includes 1 week night and 1 weekend per month<br>• Minimum Associate Degree or graduate of approved Cardiovascular Training Program or accredited Allied Health Program required<br>• Certification as Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required<br>• At least 2 years experience in cardiovascular specialty required<br>• Must obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Adult Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications<br>• Local candidates from certain ineligible counties not accepted as of 1/11/2024</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This major medical center operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory providing advanced cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional services.
