Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Casper, Wyoming

Wyoming Medical Center Central in Casper is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Cath Lab. This 89-week travel assignment offers a 4x10 day shift schedule at $2,718 weekly pay, with a start date of June 15, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for cath lab patients
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care, including discharge planning
• Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on patient care
• Evaluate patient progress toward clinical goals and expected outcomes
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the cath lab setting

Requirements:

• Current Wyoming DFS, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience
• Recent experience in acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in this specialty
• Scrubbing experience required
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, and squat frequently
• Adequate hearing, visual acuity, and fine motor skills
