Description
Opportunity:
RN - Case Management
Job Details:
• Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No on-call required
• Patient ratio of 1:40 Monday through Friday
• Float throughout entire hospital including Women & Children and Emergency Department
• Conduct face-to-face patient and family interviews
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds on each unit daily
• Perform InterQual reviews on every patient including observation reviews, DPEs, and discharge planning
• Utilize Midas and InterQual for case management documentation
• Work with EMR systems MediTech and Midas
• Use laptops and cell phones as primary equipment
• Case management experience required
• Midas/InterQual use experience required
• Licensed Masters degree required
• Knowledge of area resources preferred
• NATE certification preferred
• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs with white jacket
