About this role

You will work as an Echo Technologist at Memorial Health in Lawton, Oklahoma, performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations under the supervision of an ultrasound supervisor. This is a 91-day travel assignment on a 4x10 days schedule, with a weekly pay of $2,628.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform echo and vascular ultrasound examinations for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
  • Produce, assess, and interpret ultrasound images to support radiologists and physicians
  • Position patients and provide breathing technique instruction to ensure quality imaging
  • Maintain accurate ultrasound logs and patient documentation in the PACS system
  • Conduct quality assurance and infection control protocols
  • Inspect ultrasound equipment for electrical and mechanical hazards
  • Stock ultrasound labs with necessary supplies and equipment
  • Confirm two forms of patient identification and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Participate in on-call rotation with 24-hour beeper availability
  • Attend continuing education to maintain professional competency

Requirements

  • Allied Health Professional credential
  • Registry eligibility with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Six months of experience preferred in ultrasound performance
  • Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and push equipment up to 100 pounds
  • Capacity to stand approximately 2 hours per day and sit for extended periods exceli>
  • Reliable attendance and punctual clock-in times

You will be part of a diagnostic imaging team delivering patient-centered care in a hospital setting. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining professional standards in ultrasound technology.
