PCU RN Job in Oklahoma City, OK

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position at OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a full-time travel nursing role on a 3x12 days schedule, running for 89 days beginning April 27, 2026. The weekly pay is $2,397.60.

Your Role:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex presentations
• Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients throughout your shift
• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments
• Obtain and monitor physiological data, intervening when necessary
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products
• Assist physicians in patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
• Interact with patients and families regarding care plans and discharge planning
• Make appropriate referrals for patient care needs
• Delegate tasks to support staff as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Medical Surgical/Step Down (MS/SD) experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• ICU experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
