SLP Speech Therapist Job in Cumming, GA

Join Northside Hospital Forsyth as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on a variable schedule, providing acute care speech therapy across the hospital and supporting patients with a range of medical and surgical diagnoses.

About the Role

You'll work under physician orders to treat patients throughout the acute care setting, including ICU patients, stroke and neurological cases, dysphagia, respiratory compromise, and cognitive conditions. This position offers the opportunity to develop and refine your acute care skills while managing a diverse patient population.

What You'll Need

• Valid Georgia SLP license and CCC-SLP certification
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 15–18 months of recent experience within your specialty
• Prior acute care experience is strongly preferred
• MBS/FEES proficiency is a plus but not required

Assignment Details

• 13-week duration beginning July 6, 2026
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• Weekly pay: $2,444.04
• Position is open to both local and travel candidates
