Wound Care RN Job in Lawrenceville, GA

Northside Hospital Gwinnett is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care for a 110-week travel assignment. You will work in the Wound Ostomy/Continence nursing unit (616V), providing direct patient care and wound management in a structured, supportive environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5x8 day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekly pay: $1,982.39
• Start date: September 14, 2026
• Assignment duration: 110 weeks
• Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent wound care experience
• AHA BLS certification required
• CWON(R) or CWOCN(R) certification required for WOC Nurse role
• Wound care certification required: WCC, CWS, or CWCN
• Ostomy certification optional

Holiday Commitments

• Work 2 major holidays from: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
• Work 1 minor holiday from: Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve

You must be willing to travel and relocate for the duration of this assignment. Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not considered for this travel position. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialized expertise in wound ostomy and continence nursing while working with a collaborative clinical team at an established healthcare facility.
