Physical Therapist Job in West Jordan, UT

Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute inpatient care role in West Jordan, UT. This is a 56-week travel assignment starting November 16, 2026.

Schedule & Pay

• 5 days per week, Tuesday through Saturday preferred (4x10 day schedule may be considered)
• Day shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• One weekend per month required; 2 weekends required over the 8-week contract period
• Holiday coverage not required but may be requested
• Weekly pay: $2,051

Role Responsibilities

• Treat 10 to 12 patients per day in an acute inpatient setting with potential acute rehab coverage
• Work across Med Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and Community Hospital areas
• Treat patients with post-op, ortho/total joint, stroke, cardiovascular, and deconditioning diagnoses
• Chart using the EPIC system
• Wear tan scrubs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Utah state license required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Previous acute care experience highly preferred
• Experience in an inpatient rehab setting is a plus
• Onsite orientation at 2 facilities, likely one day each (additional time provided if needed)
