Job Details:

• Day shift position working 5x8 hour shifts per week
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Apply critical thinking and the nursing process to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status
• Modify plans of care or escalate to the care team as necessary based on patient condition changes
• Provide evidence-based care to ensure safe passage of patients in the best interest of populations served
• Practice autonomously in alignment with professional nursing tenets as practitioner, leader/decision maker, scientist, and transferor
• Required certifications: ONS Chemo Bio Certification, BLS
• Preferred certification: OCN
