X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Rad Tech - Xray Tech type:Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM Saturday through Monday with call as needed
• Department orientation is one week on day shift, Monday through Friday
• Work in a General X-Ray department with 2 X-ray rooms
• Perform fluoroscopy, surgery/OR imaging, ED X-ray, inpatient, and portable studies
• Average approximately 30 studies per day
• No floating or coverage of other areas required
• No IV starts required
• Use GE and Siemens equipment
• Work with McKesson and EPIC systems for EMR and PACS
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• ED X-ray ability and surgery experience preferred
• Scrubs provided by facility in basic colors
• Must provide own Radiation Badge - facility will not provide
• Washington State Radiology Tech License required at time of submittal
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT RT (R)
