Respiratory Therapist

Opportunity:

Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics - CRT

Job Details:

• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
• Must have 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy specialty
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT/RRT with state license
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Will accept first-time travelers but must be experienced respiratory therapist - no new graduates
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Must live over 65 miles from facility address to qualify as traveler
• Louisiana license or compact license required upon submittal
• Orientation held 5 days a week with billable modules
• May be assigned to "Emergency Team" during emergency events with expectation to remain at facility until event passes
• AHA certifications required
• Must be separated from facility for 1 full year if previously worked as permanent staff before returning as traveler
• Two manager/supervisor references required for contract clearance
