Description
<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Circulator OR Adult</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Saturday, Sunday, Monday nights with required holidays and call coverage<br>• Minimum 6+ months commitment required at level 1<br>• Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care to patients in the operating room environment<br>• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for patients undergoing operative or invasive procedures<br>• Individualize patient care based on health status, age level, and specific surgery/procedure being performed<br>• Maintain ongoing evaluation and documentation of all patient care components using the nursing process<br>• Minimum 1 year experience in acute operating room environment required<br>• Must demonstrate excellent understanding of AORN Standards<br>• Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required<br>• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred<br>• Required certifications: Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License (eNLC), Current Basic Life Support (AHA)<br>• CNOR certification preferred<br>• Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and evaluation skills required<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential<br>• Computer skills and ability to work effectively as part of a specialized care team</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This major academic medical center serves as a leading healthcare institution providing comprehensive medical services and advanced surgical procedures.
