PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to a predominantly Native American population
• Treat inpatients and outpatients ranging in age from birth through geriatric
• Participate in regular work week schedule and weekend rotation for inpatient coverage
• Deliver specialty services including wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinic, geriatric clinic, high school clinic, functional clinic, spinal cord clinic, and assistive technology and adaptive equipment evaluation and treatment
• Manage and implement the Physical Therapy program including continuing quality improvement, risk management, and safety initiatives
• Develop and maintain physical therapy policies and procedures
• Assist with Joint Commission preparation, staff education, reporting, and in-service meetings
• Oversee the Durable Medical Equipment Prosthetic Orthotic Supply Program
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Outpatient experience required
• Bachelor's degree from a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy required
• Must possess a valid, current, full, and unrestricted PT license in any U.S. state, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
• Must have and maintain current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Must meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff
• Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start
