<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Pharmacist - Pharmacist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 8-hour shifts with varying start and end times<br>• Shift options include: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and/or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM<br>• Temp-to-perm position possibility<br>• Full-time position with 2 openings available<br>• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required<br>• Hospital experience preferred<br>• Pharmacy state licensure required<br>• BLS or ACLS certification required<br>• PALS certification required for pediatric practice<br>• Prepare and dispense drug orders according to physician requests and established protocols<br>• Interpret verbal and written drug orders and maintain accurate patient medication records<br>• Compound and dispense pharmaceuticals including sterile products, chemotherapy, and parenteral nutrition<br>• Monitor drug therapy regimens for contraindications, interactions, and allergies<br>• Provide clinical consultation and drug information to professional staff<br>• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel<br>• Participate in antibiotic stewardship and quality improvement activities<br>• Attend interdisciplinary rounds when assigned<br>• Maintain current licensure and complete continuing education requirements<br>• Potential exposure to hazardous substances and biologic materials</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is a comprehensive hospital that provides pharmacy services with a focus on compassion, excellence, and efficiency.
