Your Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment

• Meet facility performance expectations across Low, Mid, and High performer standards

What You Need to Know

You will work varied shifts including days and nights as part of a rotating 3x12 schedule. This is a quick-start position, and the facility maintains clear performance expectations. Contract terms allow for immediate termination if performance standards are not met. You will be integrated into an established critical care team and expected to work independently while supporting coordinated, patient-centered care.
