Surgical Technologist Ortho Job in Davenport, IA

Genesis Medical Center Davenport East is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the orthopedic operating room team. You will support advanced robotic-assisted orthopedic procedures in a dynamic surgical environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with orthopedic and spine procedures using advanced robotic technology
• Support Mako knee and hip replacement cases
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment for robotic-assisted procedures
• Work alongside surgeons and nursing staff during joint replacement and spinal surgeries
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards throughout procedures

Schedule and Commitment:

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, day shift
• Variable start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• On-call responsibilities one day per week
• Every 4th weekend on-call coverage

Position Details:

• 90-day contract assignment
• Start date: June 8, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,981.98
• Located in Davenport, Iowa

Required Experience:

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Hands-on experience with spine procedures
• Experience with Mako robotic knee and hip procedures
• Proficiency in orthopedic surgical technology
