CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts
• Must have management/charge experience
• Perform 10-20 scans depending on shift with evenings being the busiest
• Work with 2 scanners: Siemens Sensation 64 & GE 16 Light Speed
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-R, CA license
• Work with ER patients, virtual colonography, and gated procedures
• Float within radiology department
• Receive 3-4 shifts of floor-specific orientation
• Use Cerner charting system and McKesson PACS
• Work holiday rotation with same hours as weekends
• Wear teal scrubs
• Radiologist not available 24/7, use Nighthawk for night shift coverage
• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
• BSN not required
• License submission required
