PT - Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Day shift schedule
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Overtime billed at 1.5x rate
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13 to 26-week commitment required
• 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• Equipment will be provided - details given during interview
• Dress code information will be provided on first day
• Parking will be provided - details given on first day
• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Washington and Alaska Compact License accepted
• Weekly billing cycle
