Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• On-call required: 4 weekday call shifts and 1.5 weekends in a 4-week period
• Weekend on-call required: at least one full weekend and one half weekend every 4 weeks
• Facility operates 9 operating rooms
• Float between service lines required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with experience in all required areas
• Required certifications: BLS and NBSTSA (NCCT not accepted)
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Required case experience: General Surgery, Robotics, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Gynecology, Eyes, Urology, and ENT
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Epic charting system used; Cerner experience preferred
• Parking is free
• Guaranteed hours: facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks, with called-off hours able to be broken down to equal 1 shift
• Skills required: General OR, Isolation Precautions/PPE, and Universal Protocol (Time Out) Procedure
