PCU Registered Nurse Job in Cleveland, OH

Join Cleveland Clinic Main Campus as a Registered Nurse in our Pediatric Progressive Care Unit. You will provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients up to 25 years of age on our stepdown unit, working night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts weekly
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 20, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,606

Your Clinical Responsibilities

• Monitor and care for patients requiring specialized epilepsy monitoring and monitoring protocols
• Demonstrate EKG rhythm recognition and manage patients on inotropes
• Provide progressive care nursing in a stepdown environment
• Work at least every other holiday as required

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license: Ohio permanent license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 12 months permanent experience in pediatric progressive care specialty
• Active BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross, ACLS, and PALS — all in hand at time of submission
• Demonstrated EKG rhythm recognition and inotrope experience

Additional Requirements

• You will complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Acceptable scores on both assessments required; maximum of 2 attempts to pass each
• NIHSS certification preferred
