CVOR Technologist Job in Portsmouth, NH

Portsmouth Regional Hospital NH is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join the Operating Room team as a CVOR Technologist. This is a 13-week travel assignment running 3 shifts of 12 hours each, working days from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

About the Role

You will work in the main operating room within Surgical Services, scrubbing and assisting with a variety of surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, gynecology, plastics, neurosurgery, robotics, podiatry, and dental procedures. You will need general knowledge and skill sets to scrub across most surgical specialties. No floating to other units is required, allowing you to focus your expertise in the OR environment.

Schedule and Expectations

Rotating weekends and on-call shifts are required, as is working holidays. You will be expected to maintain the flexibility necessary for a busy surgical services department.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• New Hampshire Medical Technician license (must be in hand prior to submission)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in orthopedics, total joints, trauma, neurosurgery, general surgery, and robotics is preferred.

What We Provide

Hospital-supplied scrubs are provided. The facility uses the Meditech EMR system.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $1,937 for this 91-day assignment, with a start date of November 23, 2026.
