<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Outpatient physical therapy position with start date within the next 3-6 weeks preferred<br>• May consider 5x8 hour shifts<br>• Patient ratio of 2 patients during day shifts<br>• Daily census of 10 patients with 16 visits per day<br>• Treat patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics<br>• Handle various surgical and non-surgical orthopedic/sports diagnoses and non-orthopedic cases based on availability<br>• 1 year of experience required<br>• BLS certification required<br>• Skills include acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, SNF experience<br>• Body mechanics, cervical conditions, low back pain, post-operative care experience<br>• Experience with total hip/knee replacements, cognitive disorders, neurological conditions<br>• Home exercise program development and patient/family education required<br>• Epic charting system experience preferred<br>• One pre-approved time off period available<br>• License must be in-hand before start date<br>• Must complete lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer<br>• 50-mile local radius restriction applies<br>• Modules completed during orientation (2-3 hours average)</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive outpatient physical therapy department that serves patients across all age groups with diverse orthopedic and neurological conditions.
