Med Surg RN Job in Gadsden, AL

Gadsden Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical-Surgical unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 8, 2026.

Position Details

• Shift: 3 nights per week, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Patient ratio: 6 to 1
• Weekly pay: $1,892.16

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Current RN license (Compact or Alabama state license)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Cerner experience preferred
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
