RN - Peds

Job Details:

• 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• On-call requirement includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• On-call is typically 1 night per week
• Weekends and holidays required
• No block scheduling
• Float to like acuities or less if needed
• Work in a highly skilled 8-bay Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) on a 1 nurse to 1 patient ratio
• Monitor patients immediately following surgery, managing airways, pain levels, vital signs, and all other post-surgical needs
• Transport patients to ASU for continued observation following PACU care
• Pediatric experience in the OR required
• One year of main hospital PACU experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• No local travelers within 50-mile radius
