PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Primarily outpatient rehabilitation setting with very occasional inpatient coverage for illness or vacation
• Sunday through Thursday schedule may be required
• 4x10 shift schedule available upon request
• Approximately 10 patient visits per day
• 16 hours of orientation provided
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Ideal candidate has background in orthopedics, neurology, vestibular, and pelvic health
• Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: BLS, Manual Therapy, Lymphedema
• Key skills required include but are not limited to: orthopedics, outpatient clinic experience, gait training, vestibular therapy, pelvic floor training, neurological rehabilitation, and home exercise program development
• Experience with evaluation, plan of care development, short and long term goal setting, and patient/family education required
• Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and social services
• 2 references required at time of submission
• Must be outside 75-mile radius of facility
