OR RN Job in Granbury, TX

You'll work as an RN in the Operating Room at Lake Granbury Medical Center, providing direct patient care and supporting surgical teams across 6 OR suites and 2 endoscopy rooms. This is a replacement position for permanent staff.

Schedule and Logistics

• Day shifts: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• 5x8 schedule with no block scheduling, no 48-hour shifts, and no floating required
• Call required 5 to 7 days per month
• Maximum 3 days of request time off allowed
• 91-day assignment starting March 16, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,190

Role Details

• 1:1 patient ratio in assigned OR suites
• Circulator position supporting orthopedic, urology, gynecology, general surgery, robotics XI, and endoscopy procedures
• Facility provides scrubs
• Paper charting system in use

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum 2+ years OR experience required
• Experience in orthopedic, urology, gynecology, general surgery, robotics XI, and endoscopy procedures
• Travel experience preferred
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
